A Modular Typography Scale

②Meta

Using mathematical ratios to create harmonious type hierarchies that adapt to any viewport.

Typography is the backbone of any interface. A modular scale uses a consistent ratio between sizes — like the golden ratio (1.618) or a perfect fourth (1.333) — to generate a type hierarchy that feels harmonious rather than arbitrary.

Fluid Type with Clamp

The CSS clamp() function lets you define a minimum, preferred, and maximum size. Combined with viewport units, your type scales smoothly between breakpoints without media queries.
